K&V Soul Food Kitchen provides affordable drop-off catering services for private events, corporate functions, family gatherings, and special occasions.
All menu items, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

If rental equipment is provided, the client assumes responsibility for the equipment while in their possession.
Lost, damaged, or unreturned items will be billed to the client.

K&V Soul Food Kitchen is not responsible for food quality or safety after delivery has been completed and accepted by the client.
8. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Clients must inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before confirming their order.
While we make every effort to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
9. Photos & Marketing
K&V Soul Food Kitchen reserves the right to photograph food displays, setups, and catering presentations for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
K&V Soul Food Kitchen shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, emergencies, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, photos, graphics, and menu descriptions are the property of K&V Soul Food Kitchen and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
