Service Overview

K&V Soul Food Kitchen provides catering services specializing in full-pan soul food dishes. We operate Tuesday through Saturday and cater to private events by advance order only.

Order Requirements:

- All catering orders must be placed at least 4 weeks in advance.

- Full payment is required to confirm your order.

- All menu items are sold by the full pan only.

- Orders must include a minimum of $500.

- Delivery is available for an additional fee.

- Locations more than 5 miles from ZIP code 11212 will incur an extended delivery fee based on distance.

- Delivery timeframes will be scheduled in coordination with the client.

 Allergens and Dietary Information:

- We label items for dietary preferences and allergens when applicable (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, contains nuts).

- While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen is not certified allergen-free.

Customer Responsibilities:

- Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including access instructions.

- Order changes must be requested in writing no later than 10 days before the scheduled event. Additional fees may apply.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Event Postponement:

- Clients may request to postpone their event up to 10 days before the original date.

- We will make every effort to accommodate the new date based on availability.

- A rescheduling fee may apply.

Weather and Emergency Policy:

- In the event of severe weather or natural disasters, we will work with you to reschedule your event.

- If the event cannot be rescheduled within 30 days, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability:

K&V Soul Food Kitchen is not liable for any damages resulting from improper food handling after delivery, or for any event disruptions outside of our control, such as acts of nature or venue restrictions.

Intellectual Property:

All website content, including menus, images, and branding, is the property of K&V Soul Food Kitchen and may not be used without written permission.

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
